I've received exceptional customer service from Nissan Lake Country while dealing with the odd electrical issues on my Murano. They were able to properly diagnose the problem and determine that the alternator needed to be replaced after the car had been acting unpredictably.

Reggie was so engaging, professional and efficient. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. We brought in a 2015 RAV4 for detailing and when we got it back it looked like a brand new car. It was shiny on the outside and spotless on the inside. We inquired about future service the car needs and found the prices to be very competitive. That combined with the quality of the work done and Reggie's exemplary customer service has convinced us to bring all of our future repairs to Nissan Lake Country.

I bought a 2026 frontier 04/06, I found out once I got it home it had tow hitch and trailer wiring, but no tow haul mode switch. I contacted my salesman Dane Petersen and told me he would take care of it.Service department order the part and installed the switch with in a week. My wife and I are haters of the hard sell. We were in the market for a vehicle today and we're greeted immediately with a smile by Matthew. He LISTENED to our wishes and didn't try to upsell us or offer anything we didn't want. We test drove a great vehicle, completed paperwork and left in under an hour and a half. We will definitely recommend Matthew to others.

Online scheduling was seamless - I was able to get a desired service appt time quickly at the location I wanted. Reggie clearly communicated oil change and tire pressure issue check details and got parts ordered for brake replacement quickly so I could schedule a follow-up for the next week. The follow-up front brake replacement went smoothly and wait time was reasonable. Interactions with Reggie were friendly during the entire experience.

Took over an hour for the oil change (no rotation or anything else) and I had asked to not have my car washed bc I had just had some body work and paint done and they forgot and washed it. Luckily no damage was done.
I was greeted (by a different guy, not Chris. Very friendly) upon arrival. My oil change and rotation were done in a timely manner. I received the video of my truck. I love that!
Service team was very responsive to my concerns regarding scrapes on the paint from parking in public lots. I will follow up on their recommendations when I’m ready to turn in my leaded vehicle

Everyone from sales, financing and service was extremely helpful. They answered all my questions regarding the purchase process and operating my new vehicle. I wasn’t pressured and they accommodated everything from choosing the vehicle I wanted and what was within my budget. I especially liked how all the employees of the dealership worked together.
I appreciate how fast you worked on my and kept me informed. The only thing that I was a little surprised/ irritated at was that you didn’t charge my car at all. I would have been alright if you charged it to 50%.

Everything was perfect about my experience there except they said they would have the car detailed really good and when I drove away smelled so bad of smoke and there was a smoke film on all the windows and I did call them about it and too bad for me

Overall a very good experience and we got a great used car. Dane, our rep did a great job of explaining the features of the car and doing extra research so that the Apple CarPlay would work for a moment one. We drove over 100 miles to the dealership, and it was worth the trip!

This dealership was very kind and mindful of your time. Being a person that is not very demanding I really did not look to negotiate the price and for that I thought we would at least get a full tank of gas when we left. Otherwise they where beyond helpful through the buying process.

Took my delivery van here for a recall notice on it and an oil change while it was there. The service manager (?) Reggie was SO kind and helpful and they had everything done in no time. They even washed my van for me. Would happily have my vehicle serviced here regularly.

I basically paid for a mistake made by to service department. The software update should not have been done because of the mistake. I was still required to pay. The update to my vehicle was not needed. It also didn't change my vehicle issues.
I will drive out of my way to not have to deal with Regie anymore. Literally every visit he screwed something up, has excuses and or no accountability. He also lacks any reasonable knowledge in the automotive industry. I’ve done plenty of business here but no more. Own your mistakes and make it right!

I recently took my 2024 Rogue in thinking the tire sensors had malfunction. That was not the case. Instead of being perturbed with my lack of knowledge the service department was beyond exceptional. Jack Renick was awesome and very patient with me. Showed me where to look for the tire pressure display.
