Ty and Raf did their job well. After purchasing a 2021 f150 I noticed a couple drops on the driveway. When I inspected where it was coming from it was I could see it was from the pinion seal of the differential. I called the dealership. They had me bring the truck in, gave me a loaner car and fixed the problem at no cost. The receptionist for the service department was excellent. Came in for a recall on my 2016 Pathfinder and found the staff to be very friendly going out of their way to make me feel comfortable while service was being done. Service was done promptly and car was driven to me at service door when completed. Would definitely recommend this dealer.

BUYER BEWARE! Discussed price with salesperson - was specifically assured there would be no extra fees, so I rented a car for 6.5 hour drive to dealership. Sale sheet included $500 service fee - was then told they always add it. It was difficult to walk out - I would've had no transportation. Sales manager called later, but he only wanted to play more sales games. "What can I do to make this right?". The answer should have been obvious. Hope this helps you know who you're dealing with, and what you'll pay.

Everything went good. They were able to expidite a purchase on my tight time frame and unprepardness. I have to purchase a set of tires right away because it came with a set of Winter tires on it and I didn't notice since you look at everything on the car but the tire specs 😑

First visit, my shuttle driver sat in the lobby drinking coffee for 15 minutes when I requested one upon arrival. I had already waited an hour for him to return from a prior shuttle. Both Ty and Raphael were very helpful in buying a used Nissan Marano. We had a lot of questions that they were able to answer. We had specific needs that they were able to satisfy. I made an appointment to drop off vehicle at 3. Instead I got a ride and dropped I off in the morning. They had it done by noon. Fast and accurate.
The purchase of my used 2022 chevy pickup truck was pleasant. The best thing was that no one tried to push the extended warranty on me. Same thing with the interior packages other dealers try to sell you. I'm not a Nissan guy but I would definitely come back to Lake country for a used vehicle.
I have put on a lot of miles recently so I am in quite regularly for oil changes and tire rotations. There is no other service center I'd rather be at. They are exceptionally welcoming with fabulous service!

At the usual lube oil filter tire rotation done I brought up a rattling noise they found out I had two clips missing from my skid plate they replaced those immediately. All services went well. Great customer service when I arrived and throughout the whole process
I went in for a basic oil change. What I got was a complete oil change, full inspection, full diagnostic report, and a very nice car wash. Reggie is a pleasure to deal with. He is very kind and very professional. The waiting area is clean and modern. They have snacks if you like. Overall an excellent experience. Highly recommend.
