I've received exceptional customer service from Nissan Lake Country while dealing with the odd electrical issues on my Murano. They were able to properly diagnose the problem and determine that the alternator needed to be replaced after the car had been acting unpredictably. Jack and Reggie were both great to work with — understanding, helpful, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. They also had a loaner vehicle available for me, which made a stressful situation much easier to manage. The facility was clean, organized, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and accommodating. I really appreciated the time they took to help figure everything out, especially since my car had to be towed twice, once out of a cemetery and a week before I left on a vacation. Highly recommend!

Reggie was so engaging, professional and efficient. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. We brought in a 2015 RAV4 for detailing and when we got it back it looked like a brand new car. I bought a 2026 frontier 04/06, I found out once I got it home it had tow hitch and trailer wiring, but no tow haul mode switch. I contacted my salesman Dane Petersen and told me he would take care of it.Service department order the part and installed the switch with in a week.
